Todd attended Yavapai College in Prescott, AZ for two years before transferring to Washington State University, where he played collegiate baseball and graduated with a degree in Political Science and Pre Law. He stays involved with his community as a volunteer baseball coach at a local high school. He got his start in real estate as a foreclosure specialist, and gained valuable transactional experience and market knowledge by closing over thirty five transactions.
